Stencil Class Day 1

I’m so excited about starting my new Stencil Class.  I’ve never stenciled before and wanted to try it on some of my cards.  Take a look at my first card.  Don’t laugh, its a start.  No matter how much tape I used to keep the stencil in place it just wouldn’t cooperate with me.  Tomorrow’s card should be better then today’s.

Valentine Work Workshop

Last week I held my fourth workshop at work with my faithful participants.  We had so much fun creating our Valentine/Anniversary cards for the people we love.  The women made 4 cards and 2 boxes.  They used current and retired Stampin’ Up! products.  Take a look at them at work.

Here is a my “Love You” card:

Same Blog, Different Look!

Hello everyone!  I just wanted to let you know that I changed the look of my blog.  I wanted a more chic and elegant look.  What do you think? I’m also on Pinterest now!  I’m really excited about that.  I’m working on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube.   As soon as those sites are up, I will let you know.  You will also see the icons on the top right hand side of this blog.  I’m truly excited about my new endeavors.  Wish me luck.

I will post my next card in a few hours.  I held my fourth workshop at work last week and wanted to share with all of you the outcome of that workshop.  The ladies gave their blessing.

Please let me know what you think of my new blog look in the comment section below.

Thank You

Hello everyone,

Today’s card is a Thank You card.  I created them in two different color. One color is for a guy and the other for a girl.  Since Christmas is over, the “Thank You’s” need to be sent to everyone who sent my children Christmas gifts.   All my children need to do is stamp their names inside the cards.  My daughter is delighted to do that.  My son, on the other hand is sick and tired of me pestering him about his cards.

Happy New Year- Made with Love

Happy New Year to all of you!!

My computer is up and running now.  I’m so excited!! This is a good start to the new year!

I’ve been working really hard on my new cards for the new year!  My new years resolution is to blog as much as possible to stay current with all of you.  So here goes my first card for the new year.  This card was made for a card swap that I’m apart of.  I hope the ladies receiving this card loves it as much as I do.  Since Valentine’s Day is next month, I made a card that would be perfect to give to someone you love.  Today’s card is called Made with Love.  There was a lot of love that went into making this playful non-traditional Valentine’s Day Card.

Made with Love

Yes, the front on the card has a envelope on it!!  Yes, there is a smaller card in there.  I had so much fun making this card.  Check out the envelope and the card inside.

Made with Love flap open

KreativeKymona Tip:

1. I used Velcro tabs to keep the envelope closed.

2. The envelope was made with Cardstock and DSP.

3. The cardstock size was 2  3/4  x  4  3/4 scored at 1  1/2 and 1/2

4 The DSP size was 3  1/2  x  2  1/2 scored at 3/8 on both sides from the edge.

Made with Love small card outside
