Mega Craft Room Destash

Yayyyyyy, it’s time for me to make some room in my craft corner. My crafting supplies have taken over my son’s room, my daughter’s room, the basement, and my room. Enough is enough. So, I decided to just DESTASH it all!!!!

I’m not using my supplies like I use to and it makes no sense to hoard them in my house when they could get the love they need in a new home.

Some of the items are new and some are slightly used. The majority of stamps and dies are in their original packaging. The rest of them are in clear plastic with white cardstock sleeve.

Here are the details:

Each package costs $50 which includes shipping.

If your interested, email me at kreativekymona@gmail.com with the following information:

→ Let me know the type of package you would like. For instance, a package of only stamps or a package of only inks or a package of only patten paper or a combination of everything.

→ The address you would like your package sent

→ First come, first serve.

→ Each package would be full.

→ I’ll send a PayPal invoice (which needs to be paid within 48 hours).

→ Packages will be mailed within 24 hours of payment with a tracking number that will be sent to you.

→If there’s something you looking for, in particular, let me know in the email as well.

Altenew May 2018 Stamp/Die Release Blog Hop + Giveaway

Hello everyone and welcome to Altenew’s May 2018 Release Blog Hop!! Today we are showcasing all of the new Stamps and Dies.  If you arrived here from the talented Laurie Willison blog, then you are on the right track. If you arrived here on your own, then you will want to start at the beginning, the Altenew Card Blog so that you don’t miss a thing!

Take a look at my 8 x 8 scrapbook chipboard layout:

Main Squeeze

I love Altenew new Main Squeeze stamp set. It is perfect for my recent mishap at work. My coworker dropped a table. She asked another coworker and myself to help her pick it.  It’s a heavy steel table. While we were picking it up, the other coworker didn’t have a grip on it and let it go on my foot. Such luck, right?! The top of my left foot is fractured.

This stamp set reminds me to really look at the good in this painful situation.  I get to stay home and craft more, LOL!!!

Here’s how I created this chipboard layout:

Pick a patterned paper from the Reflection Scrapbook Collection Kit and adhere it to the 8 x 8 piece of We R Memory Keepers Cinch Chipboard using Altenew Glue Tape.

Stamp the medium lemon randomly on the patterned paper using Altenew Embossing Ink.

Translucent Pearl embossing powder

Stamp the one of the sentiments on the picture using Stazon Ink.

Main Squeeze

Sprinkle Altenew Translucent Pearl Embossing Powder over the stamped image, then heat set it.

Die cut Altenew Fine Alphabet Die Set out of black cardstock for the layout title.

Fine Alphabet die set

Using a ruler, adhere the title to the layout using Tombow Mono Liquid Glue.

Since the die set doesn’t come with punctuation marks, use the question mark from the Reflection Scrapbook Collection Puffy Stickers.

Randomly place thread on the layout and adhere the photo on top.

Add a couple of enamel dots for additional texture.

Use We R Memory Keepers Typecast to add journaling to the layout.

Main Squeeze

Adhere the journaling block to the layout and done!

Hello everyone and welcome to Technique Tuesday and My Sweet Petunia Blog Hop!! Today we are showcasing some of Technique Tuesday’s stamp sets and My Sweet Petunia MISTI. If you arrived here on your own, then you will want to start at the beginning, Teri Anderson’s amazing blog so that you don’t miss a thing!

Take a look at my card:

What a Guy stamp set

The MISTI makes repeat stamping so easy and fun to do. It has changed the stamping world tremendously. Paired with Technique Tuesday stamps, creating cards are so easy.

Here’s how I created this card:

Cut the card base to 4.25 by 11, scored at 5.50.

Place the card base into the MISTI bottom right hand corner.

Place Technique Tuesday What a Guy nail stamp where you want to start stamping.

Ink up the stamp with Versamark ink and close the door.

What a guy

Repeat stamping along the left side of the card, turning the nail stamp around.

Set the base card aside.

Create a gift tag using We R Memory Keepers Tag Punch Board.

Tag Punch Board

Decide on the sentiment and place the tag into the MISTI.

Figure out the place of the sentiment by placing the stamps on the tag.

Close the door and the stamps are set.

Ink up the stamps with Altenew Crisp Permanent Black Ink and stamp.

Repeat the stamping if the stamp isn’t as crisp as you like.

What a guy stamp set

Stamp the nail stamp 2 more times on the same color cardstock as the card base and die cut it with Altenew Mini Blossom die cutting machine.

Mini Blossom Die Cutting Machine

Attach the die cut nails to the tag.

Add a brad to the tag and attach the tag to the card base bottom right hand corner using 3M double-sided foam tape.

Done!

Where Creativity Meets C9 Floral Challenge

Hello everyone!! I’m here today with my last Where Creativity Meets C9 Blog Challenge Design Team post!! I’m stepping down at the end of this month.  It’s been my pleasure to work with my teammates and Concord and 9th.

Now onto Our challenge this month which is Floral!!

Wow, my last challenge was a bit of a challenge for me. Florals aren’t my favorite because I’m never sure what to create with them. LOL!!  I made 4 cards before settling on this one.

Let’s take a look at my card:

Pineapple PerfectionI love how this card turned out. I used Concord & 9th Pineapple Perfection stamp set.

Here’s how I created this card:

  1. Use one of the small flowers and stamp it four times, along with the sentiment with Altenew Jet Black Ink.
  2. Color each flower with a different color using Tombow Recycled Color Pencils.
  3. To get the light color in the center of the flowers, use Tombow Sand Eraser to remove some of the color.
  4. Round each corner using We R Memory Keepers 3 Way Corner Punch.

Super, super easy.

Working with florals wasn’t so bad after all. The sentiment is my favorite, as I say to my fellow teammates: All the Best Friend!!

What do you think? Please let me know below.

I can’t wait to see how you interpret our challenge theme this month.
