Altenew March 2020 Stamp/Die/Stencil Release Blog Hop + Giveaway

Hello, and welcome to Altenew 2nd March 2020 Blog Hop!! Today we are showcasing brand stamps, dies, and stencils. If you arrived here from the talented blog, Terri Koszler, then you are on the right track. If this is your first stop, then you will want to start at the beginning, the Altenew Card Blog.

Take a look at my notepads with tear-away sheets:

Line Art Stamp Set

I used Altenew’s brand new Line Art Stamp Set. The sentiments in this stamp set are my favorite. They will brighten anyone’s day.

These notebooks are so cute and perfect for giving as gifts or for carrying in your bag. Working at the hospital, I’m always looking for paper to write on, and this notepad fits right in my pocket.

I love that you can tear the sheets, so if I need to give someone quick information, the pages tear right out.

Creating these was easy. I used my Cricut Maker to cut out all of the pages. If you don’t have one of those, here are the measurements.

Cut the kraft cardstock to 3.25 inches x 11 inches.

Score at 4.25 inches, 5 inches, 10 inches, and 10.25 inches. Fold the score lines

Round all four corners using We R Memory Keepers Crop-A-Dile Corner Chomper Tool.

Use a hole punch to punch two holes 1/8 of an inch from the 5in scoreline.

Stamp the images and sentiment from the Line Art Stamp Set in black ink on the front of the book cover and flap.

Use the We R Memory Keeper Envelope Notcher to punch a notch at the bottom of the cover so that you can close it when not in use.

Cut the white cardstock 3 inches x 4.75 inches.

Use the holes in the kraft cardstock as a template to punch the holes int he white cardstock.

If you have a Cricut Maker, use the perforated tool to create the perforated lines on the white cardstock. If you don’t have a Cricut Maker or the perforated tool, use the We R Memory Keepers Dial Trimmer.

Put the notebook together with the twine and tie a bow. Close the cover, and you’re done.

What is a blog hop without an amazing gift? Yayyy!!!
