CASology 149 – Vintage

Hello everyone!!  It’s CASology Tuesday!! We are back with another Cue Card for you!!

How did you like last week’s cue card?  I had so much fun coloring that image!!

Week 149 - Vintage

Now take a look at my card:

Vintage

I have to say this Tim Holtz stamp is my favorite!  Look at all of that detail in the face.

This card was super easy to create.

I used my Misti to stamp the face image from Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous Daydream Stamp Set using Distress Ink Walnut Stain.

I used Tim Holtz Perspective Stamp Set to stamp my sentiment in the bottom left corner of the card.

I used a mini blending tool and add Walnut Stain to the edges of the card front.

I think this card is totally vintage!! What do you think? Let me know below!!

I hope you join us this week!

  1. Wow! She is totally a work of art! What a beautiful stamp set! Partial to those knives and forks in the set too… You really have done her justice in this card Kymona. Love how you have stamped her off the page and added that walnut stain. Very vintage and very cool!

  2. Well done on this stamp, Kymona! I have been intrigued with this one. You did a great job and keeping it vintage-y! Thanks so much for playing Simon Says Stamp Wednesday “Anything Goes” Challenge!

  3. This is beautiful! Gorgeous card! Thank you so much for playing along with the Anything Goes Challenge on the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge Blog!

  4. THERE IS beauty in simplicity and this card proves that – so vintage, so chic, and just so amazing!! Love that image and that you stamped it in a sepia tone on kraft – just so amazingly done!!

  5. Tim Holtz! I had a “Why didn’t I think of that?!” moment when I saw this! His images are perfect for a vintage themed card!!! Love what you’ve done with this one! The colors are just right for a vintage feel! 🙂
