{CASology and Simple} CASology – Melt

Hello everyone!!!  It’s CASology Tuesday!!  We are back with another Clean and Simple Cue Card just for you!!

This week’s cue card:

Take a look at my card:

I have to say this cue card was so hard for me.  I was challenged to use STAMPlorations Stitched Winter Landscape die and create a card that represented the cue card.

I decided to create a scene with snow melting from the ground, building and trees.  The sun has finally come out of hiding to warm us up.

I die cute the trees and hills and used Copic markers to color them in.  I used Simon Says Stamp Happy and Smile stamp set to stamp the sun and the sentiment using Clearsnap Colorbox Petal Point Ink and Colorbox Archival Pigment Black Ink.

Nice and Easy.

{Clean and Simple} CASology – Foliage

Hello everyone!!!  It’s CASology Tuesday!!  We are back with another Clean and Simple Cue Card just for you!!

This week’s cue card:

Take a look at my card:

While I was at Creativation this year, I stopped by Waffle Flowers booth and fell in love with their flower dies!!  I knew I had to collet them all and I did.

Today I’m using the Waffle Flower Crafts Magical Flower die to represent “Foliage”!

I used Distress Oxides Cracked Pistachio, Fired Brick, Fossilized Amber, Worn Lipstick and Spiced Marmalade to add color to the flowers.

Then I used foam tape to adhere the flower to the card front.

Once the die was in placed, I used the Mini MISTI to stamp the sentiment from Sweet Stamp Shop Encourage stamp set on the card front.

To finish the card off, I used We R Memory Keepers Tab Punch Board to round three of the card’s corners.

Nice and Easy.

Then I used My Favorite Things Die-namics New York Skyline die to die cut the watercolor panel.

After that I adhered the watercolor panel to the card front using foam tape.

To finish the card, I stamped the sentiment from an exclusive Mama Elephant In NYC stamp set using Versafine Onyx Black Ink.

Nice and Easy.

{Clean and Simple} CASology – Crunch

Hello everyone!!!  It’s CASology Tuesday!!  We are back with another Clean and Simple Cue Card just for you!!

This week’s cue card:

week-238-crunch

Take a look at my card:

opps-im-late

I love how this clock looks.  He makes me laugh.  This stamp set is Create A Smile Time Flies.  I had this stamp set for quite some time now and haven’t used it until today.  Super cute!

To create this card, I stamped the different pieces of the stamp set first- that was 4 different stamps using Clearsnap Archival Black Ink onto Strathmore Bristol Smooth cardstock.  Then I used Tombow Recycled Color Pencils to color in the image.  After that I stamped the sentiment from the same stamp set using Clearsnap Archival Black Ink. After that I added small black ink splatters using Distress Ink Black Soot, for character.

Nice and Easy.

{Clean and Simple} CASology – Score

Hello everyone!!!  It’s CASology Tuesday!!  We are back with another Clean and Simple Cue Card just for you!!

This week’s cue card:

week-237-score

Take a look at my card:

so-lucky-to-have-you-cas

For this week’s cue card I used Neat and Tangled So Lucky stamp set.  I figured I would get a jump start on St. Patrick’s Day, LOL!!

When I thought about the cue card, I thought about score lines.  I remember having some already scored card stock that I prepped for a different project.  Why not use one of those for this challenge.  I used Papertrey Ink Sunshine Impressions Plate to score the card front.

Then I thought which stamp set would look good over the scored lines and the big bold sentiment from Neat and Tangled came to mind. In order to use this stamp set, I knew I needed to add some color before I stamped the sentiment.

I used Gansail Tambi 36 Color Set to add the pretty watercolor green to card front. I heat set the watercolor.

Then, I used the Mini Misti to stamp the sentiment.  It made it so much easier to stamp the sentiment a couple of times using Stazon Jet Black Ink.

I love how the score lines show through the sentiment.  You have score lines on the actual card front and score lines in the sentiment that were not originally there.

Super doper easy!!

This week’s cue card:

Take a look at my card:

thanks-from-the-bottom-cas

For this week’s cue card I used Winnie and Walters From the Bottom of My Heart stamp set that I received as a gift for placing an order with them.  Super cute stamp set.

To create this card:

I stamped the heart using Colorbox Pinkolicious Archival Dye Ink in the center of the card base. Nothing to it!!

White space + No embellishments + Easy to replicate = CAS!

For this week’s cue card I used one of the new stamp sets from Altenew called Let the Wind Carry You!

To create this card I just placed all of the stamps on the Mini Misti and stamp all of the images at once!  That’s all!

I used the envelope punch board to round the bottom left corner.

Super simple and easy!
