simplestories_bloggraphic

Hello everyone!!  I’m super excited about this blog post today! Its Top Dog Dies Wednesday!

Top Dog Dies and Simple Stories have teamed up for an amazing product swap!!  All week long you will see projects from all of the members of our design team using products from both companies.  You are going to love what you see.

Top Dog Dies just released 8 new die sets, that are super cute and amazing.  Simple Stories release a couple of fabulous pattern paper collections that work wonderfully with our new dies!!

Wait I have more, who doesn’t love a giveaway!!  Be sure to enter to win a prize package from both Top Dog Dies and Simple Stories!  I will give you all of those detail after you see my projects that I’ve created.

My First card:

Thanks (TDD)

I used Top Dog Dies Flamingo Die Set and Simple Stories So Fancy Pattern Paper to create this cute thank you card.

I simple die cut my flamingos and water from the pattern paper and adhered them to the card front.  I used Papertrey Ink’s Swoosh Stamp Set.

I added the Simple Stories So Fancy Enamel Dots.

Easy Peasy!!

My Second card:

Hello Hippo (TDD)

Check out this hippo hello card!!

I love this die set!  I used Top Dog Dies Hippos Die Set and Simple Stories So Rad Pattern Paper to create my Hippo and his bird friend!

I simple die cut the hippo and the bird out of the pattern paper and adhered them to my card.

I used Top Dog Dies Hello Die Set to add my sentiment that was die cut out of the same pattern paper.

I added Simple Stories So Rad Enamel Dots for added interest.

Clean and Simple just the way I like it.

My third card:

Hello Hello Hippo (TDD)

Here is my second hippo card.  I couldn’t get enough of those hippos.

For this card, I used the Top Dog Dies Hippo die again.  I used Simple Stories Summer Vibes Pattern Paper and cover my card front with one of the papers in the pack.

I added my hippo up against the wording on the bottom of the paper.  I cut out the hello’s from another one of the pattern papers in the pack and adhered them to the card front.  The hippo looks like he is saying hello with the tilted head, LOL!!

I round one of the corners for added interest!

My Fourth and finally project:

Flip Flops (TDD)

I’m super excited to share this one with all of you.  I totally stepped out of my comfort zone on this one.

I used Top Dog Dies Flip Flops Die Set and Simple Stories Summer Vibe 3 x 4 Journaling Cards Elements to create my pocket letter.

I used my We R Memory Keepers Fuse Tool and a page protector to create this pockets that my cards and embellishments will be stored.

I will have a tutorial on how I created this pocket letter next week. This post will be way to long for that.  I can’t wait to share how I created this with all of you.  I loved making it.

I know that was a lot of stuff to digest, but it was great stuff to inspire you!!

My favorite die set is the Hippo and my favorite pattern paper is the So Fancy paper!!!
