{Clean and Simple} – Cloth

Hello everyone!!!  It’s CASology Tuesday!!  We are back with another Clean and Simple Cue Card just for you!!

This week’s cue card:

Take a look at my card:

city girls retail therapy

Super fun right?  The cue card this week is fun and playful.  Clothes we need them don’t we.  They come in all different colors and styles to fit everyones needs.

The Ton’s City Girls: Retail Therapy is the perfect stamp set for the challenge this week.  All I did was stamp the young lady three times and then the sentiment using Clearsnap Colorbox Archival Black Ink.  Then I used Jane Davenport Mermaid Markers to watercolor the dresses.

Since the space is so small and these markers are so vibrant I use the tip to tip technique with my the marker and paint brush.  I touch the tip of the marker with the paintbrush to color the top and midline of the dress with no dilution.  Then I dipped the tip of the paint brush in water and pulled the color down to the bottom of the dress.

I used a number 1 brush as to not go out of the lines.  Easy Breezy!!

What do you think?

Are you inspired to play along?  Please let me know below!
