Altenew Build-A-Flower: Daffodil Release

Hello everyone and welcome to Altenew’s Build-A-Flower: Daffodil Release Blog Hop!! Today we are showcasing the amazing daffodil flower.  If you arrived here from the talented Laura Jane blog, then you are on the right track. If you arrived here on your own, then you will want to start at the beginning, the Altenew Card Blog so that you don’t miss a thing!

Take a look at my envelope journal:

Daffodil’s are my favorite flower! They are so pretty and petite. Plus, they aren’t expensive!

Here’s how I created this envelope journal:

Gather 5 envelopes that you want to use.

Add adhesive to the outside flap of the envelope. Not the side that already has the tape.

Slide the flap inside one of the envelopes so that the edges meet.

It should look like this.

Continue to add envelopes.

Cut the flap off of the first envelop to create the book.

Decorate the book to your style. This stamp set has amazing sentiments. So encouraging.

Stamp each page and add journaling cards inside of each flap.

Add photos of daffodils thought out the book.

Add tabs and sentiments on the back page.

Let’s take another look:

What is a blog hop without an amazing gift? Yayyy!!
