Hello everyone!!  I’m on Clearsnap’s Blog today sharing how to stamp and stencil on Basswood!!!

I totally had fun with this project!! I love how the Colorbox Pigment Ink dried super fast on the basswood allowing me freedom to move the stencil around without smearing the ink.

Here’s a sneak peek look at what I created:

For the full tutorial please head on over to the Clearsnap Blog to see what I’ve come up with.  This tray will hold my kids drink while we are outside enjoying the sunshine this summer.

While you’re there, let me know what you think and if you will give this a try!!

Thanks for stopping by!!

  1. Hi Kymona ~ This is such a fun project and with the ink drying so quickly, you’ll have it done in no time. One question: Do you need to spray a sealer on it in order for the colors not to run if they get damp or wet? Thanks for sharing and I hope you enjoy your son’s graduation success!! ~HUGS~

    • Thank you so much Maggie!! Really great question. I will try and see what will happen. I place cups on top but they didn’t sweat so I didn’t see any things running. I will try it out tomorrow to see what will happen if it gets wet.
