Hello everyone!!  It’s CASology Tuesday!!  We are back with another Cue Card just for you!!

This week’s cue card is :

Week 175 - Pie

Take a look at my card:

Pie (CAS)

OMG!!  You can’t get any more Clean and Simple then this!!! I love it.

When I saw the cue card was pie, I knew I didn’t want to use the food pie because that was typical. So I thought about pi in math class.  I was going to draw the symbol but I can’t draw and that would have been a disaster waiting to happen.

So I went with the next best thing!!  The actually number for “pi”.

To create this card, I die cut a scrap piece of ink blended paper with Papertrey Ink Sew Stylish Number Die Collection. I used Tombow Multipurpose glue to adhere the number to the card base.   Nice and easy.

So what do you think?  Did I inspire you?

Now its your turn!! I can’t wait to see what you come up with!

For more inspiration, check out my fellow Design Team members blog for more awesome work.

  1. Thought process on seeing this – “What has 3.14 got to do with .. Ah-HA!!!”
Very very clever – this will appeal to my family – my Dad is a maths teacher.

  2. LOL!! Oh my gosh!!! Kymona, this is the absolute last thing that came to my mind when I saw the Cue Word at CASology!!!!! All I thought about was a slice of warm Cherry pie, maybe with a bit of whip cream on top, melting deliciously…..
You really took this challenge to a whole new level of cleverness!!
Love the crispness of this numbers but they bring chills to me, this stuff was hard to learn a long time ago, back when I was a wee kid.
Awesome card, I think I will CASE it for my granddaughter who just achieve the Honor Roll in her Senior’s math class.
