Technique Tuesday May 2018 Release Countdown Day 2

Hello everyone!!! Today I’m showcasing Technique Tuesday May 2018 Release!! Were you pleased with yesterday’s projects? Well let’s see what today holds.

Let’s take a look:

Graduations are around the corner. This stamp set is perfect for those of you want to create your own cards.

Here’s how these cards were created:

Using the MISTI helps speed this card making process up.

Place the stamps where you want them to appear on the card front.

Ink up the stamps using Altenew Jet Black Crisp Dye Ink and stamp away.

Change out the sentiment, to create more then one card.

Color the images with Tombow 1500 color pencils in yellow, black, dark gray and light gray.

Add Wink of Stella to the stars and the graduation caps.

To finish the card off, use We R Memory Keepers 3 Way Corner Punch to punch all four corners using the 10mm, 7mm and 4mm sides.

{Clean And Simple} – Commencement

Hello everyone!!!  It’s CASology Tuesday!!  We are back with another Clean and Simple Cue Card just for you!!

This week’s cue card:

Take a look at my card:

LOL, don’t you just love this billy goat!!  When I saw this cue card, I immediately thought of the Hipster stamp set.  Then I thought to myself, do I have graduation cap?  The answer was YES!!!! I looked for the Crazy Things stamp set and the Crazy Talk stamp set!

Perfect!!!  My younger brother is graduating from college this Friday, so he will be the recipient of this funny card.  I hope he doesn’t mind my humor.  He isn’t an old goat, he is a very intelligent young man who I am super proud of.

My parents has 6 children and he is number 6!!  So this moment is felt by all of us.

He is off to law school next!!  I solute you brother!! Congratulations!!

I used Copic Markers to color the image in.  Nice and easy!

Super Clean and Simple!!

CASology 150 – Graduation

Hello everyone!! It’s CASology Tuesday!! We are back with another Cue Card for you!!

I totally loved last week’s cue card.  That stamp is my favorite.  She is so full of detail and intense.  I hope you enjoyed it!

Now on to this weeks cue card:

Week 150 - Graduation

Now take a look at my card:

Graduation (CAS)

I love this wavy graduation card.  Graduations are suppose to be fun and exciting.

My son is graduating high school next year and I can’t wait.  We are going to have so much fun.  I can’t believe he is heading to college already.  I had him while I was in college so this has come full circle for me.  I’m so excited.

He is a great kid and I know he will do great things!!

Here is how I created this card:

1. I cute my card base to an A2 size card 5.50 by 4.25 scored at 5.5o.

2. I used My Favorite Things Die-namics Ride the Wave Die to cut the four waves out of Stampin’ Up! in colors cardstock.

3. I attached the two bottom waves first then I stamped my sentiment from My Favorite Things Wavy Greeting Stamp Set using My Favorite Things Hybrid Ink.

4. Then I adhered the next two waves.

5. I added Your Next Stamp Crystal Clear Gumdrops in random places.

Super Smooth!!!

Nothing to it!! I hope you join us this week!!
