Your Next Stamp February 2016 Sneak Peek

Hello everyone!!! I’m back again for this month’s Your Next Stamp Sneak Peek!!

We are getting ready for our February Release Blog Hop tomorrow with a sneak peek today. Are you excited? I am!!

Celebrate Sweetness (YNS)

YNS Supplies: Celebrate Sweetness Stamp Set and Crystal Clear Gumdrops

Other Supplies: Versafine Black Ink, Copic Markers, We R Memory Keepers Corner Chomper, Recollection White Cardstock, My Favorite Things Hybrid Ink, Clear Wink of Stella

To create this card, masking was key. I stamped the weight then masked it off and stamped the bag that holds the bag, so that it looks like it really sitting in the weight.

After that I stamped the candy in the bag and the sentiment at the bottom.

I colored the images with Copic Markers: R46, R32, R20, C1, C3.

I added the gumdrops and clear wink of stella to finish the card off.

Nice and easy!

Clean & Simple 3 Card Class – Day 2 Faux Letterpress

I’m so excited about my new card. I had so much fun creating this card, I can’t stop smiling.

Faux Letterpress is another technique that I learned in my online card class. Shari Carroll taught us how to create this fabulous look of letterpress without the texture. I used nothing but ink and it gave this faux letterpress technique a perfectly smooth one layer card. I love it!!
