Take a look at my card:

taylored expressions school day

School is about to begin here in NY so I created a couple of notecards to include in my daughter’s lunch box. I want to encourage her to have a great day in school but to also let her know that she can do whatever she puts her mind to!

I used Taylored Expressions Clearly Planned School Day stamp set and Prima Watercolor Confections to create this card.

I rounded the corners using We R Memory Keepers Corner Chomper.

{Clean and Simple} – Juicy

Hello everyone!!!  It’s CASology Tuesday!!  We are back with another Clean and Simple Cue Card just for you!!

This week’s cue card:

Take a look at my card:

Take a look in the inside of this card:

I absolutely love this Face It! stamp set from Visible Image.  I love all of the details in this face stamp. It looks so real. I had to used it for our cue card today.  The lips are juicy for share. I used Altenew Razzleberry Crisp Dye Ink to make them stand out.

Since I didn’t add a sentiment on the front, I decided to add one inside.  I used Butterfly Reflection #Hashtag stamp set to add a fun sentiment.

What do you think?

{Clean and Simple} – Diamond

Hello everyone!!!  It’s CASology Tuesday!!  We are back with another Clean and Simple Cue Card just for you!!

This week’s cue card:

Take a look at my card:

Who doesn’t think of a diamond ring when you see the word diamond, LOL!!!  I used an old die from Top Dog Die, which closed 2 years ago, called Wedding Die Set. I die cut Rinea’s Silver Foil for a realistic look.

I comes with this pretty diamond ring and the wedding band to match.  I decided to create a thank you card that you would give to your wedding guest.

Altenew Scrapbook Collection Blog Hop + Giveaway

Hello everyone and welcome to Altenew’s Scrapbook Collection Blog Hop!! Today we are showcasing the amazing Reflection Scrapbook Collection.  If you’ve arrived here from awesome Elsie Robinson’s blog, then you are on the right track. If you arrived here on your own, then you will want to start at the beginning, the Altenew Scrapbook Blog so that you don’t miss a thing!

Take a look at my layout:

reflection scrapbook collection

For this layout, I used the pattern paper from the Reflection Scrapbook Collection to create the circle patten behind my photo.

I used a 2in circle punch to punch out 4 circles out of the different pattern papers that has matching colors in the photo.

Then I trimmed the photo down to fit over the circles without totally covering them.

To add dimension behind the photo, I cut two black and white pieces of the pattern paper and adhered it to the back of the photo.

Once the circles and the photo were adhered down, the page looked to white so I used Altenew Frayed Leaf Ink Spray to add splatters around the focal point of the page.

After the ink dried, I placed the title down using the letter stickers that come in the kit.

To finish the page off, I placed some the the chipboard in the kit on top of the photo and under the title of the page.  Adding the date to the bottom of the page using the rotary stamp which is also included in the Reflection Scrapbook Collection.

Let’s take a closer look:

So what do you think?  Would you use pattern paper to create different shapes to use on your layouts?  I would love to hear what you think below!

Hello everyone!!!  It’s CASology Tuesday!!  We are back with another Clean and Simple Cue Card just for you!!

This week’s cue card:

fly

Take a look at my card:

rubber dance stamps

Creating this card was a no brainer!! I saw the small bird from the A Little Birdie stamp set and knew that I had to stamp them at the top of the card, to show them in flight.

After stamping the sentiment, I used Jane Davenport Mermaid Markers to color in that sentiment.

What do you think?

{Clean And Simple} – Medicine

Hello everyone!!!  It’s CASology Tuesday!!  We are back with another Clean and Simple Cue Card just for you!!

This week’s cue card:

Take a look at my card:

When I saw this cue card, I thought of my nieces and nephews and the Band-Aid die cut from My Favorite Things.

Why do children love Band-Aids so much?  You can put one on a cut and to them, its all better.  Where did that concept come from.  They hurt to come off at times?  LOL!!

I thought these Band-Aids are the perfect medicine for little people.  What do you think?

I created theses for my nieces and nephews.  When they have a boo-boo I will send then one of these cards.  LOL!!

Nothing too it!!  Clean and Simple!!
