{Clean And Simple} – Warm

Hello everyone!!!  It’s CASology Tuesday!!  We are back with another Clean and Simple Cue Card just for you!!

This week’s cue card:

Take a look at my card:

I love the simplicity of this card.  Waffle Flower BBQ Saying stamp set was perfect for this cue card. I wanted to make people feel warm when then look at the simple watercoloring behind the sentiment.

The watercoloring was created with a Tombow Dual Brush Marker – 847 Crimson.  I swipe the marker on a piece of plastic, sprayed a little bit of water on the plastic and used the plastic to add the color in the corner of the cardstock.

Once the watercolor dried, I used Versafine Onyx Black Ink to stamp the sentiment on top of the watercolor.

To finish the card off, I used We R Memory Keepers Tab Punch Board to round the corners.

Clean and Simple!!

Hello everyone!!  It’s CASology Tuesday!!  We are back with another Cue Card for you!!!

This week’s cue card is:

Week 164 - Umbrella

Take a look at my cards:

Love Ya 1(CAS)

My cards has no stamping this time around, only die cutting!!  I love how they turned out.

All I did was die cut the umbrella from Simon Says Stamp Addy’s Spring Showers Die Set out of My Favorite Things Homespun Gingham Paper Pack.

I die cut the card panel using Simon Says Stamp Stitched Square Dies in two largest sizes.

Then I used these foam die cut the my good friend Maggie sent to me on Friday. Thanks again Maggie.  I truly appreciate it.  You can find Maggie on Instagram!!  Her handle is @maggieb1983. Check her out.

Maggie told me the The Love Ya Die is from CAS-ual Friday Stamps and it won’t be available until next year for everyone who doesn’t get the Stamp of Approval kits. I have to keep that in mind.

Once everything was die cut, I adhered everything using a Tombow Multipurpose Glue Adhesive.

I placed some fun foam behind my card panel to give it an even lift. Then I adhered the card panel to the card base.

Nice and easy.  I couldn’t make one but two because it was so easy!!

Here they are individually:

CASology 151 – Kids

Hello everyone!! It’s CASology Tuesday!! We are back with another Cue Card for you!!

This week’s cue card is super cute and sweet.  You will have fun with this cue card!

This week’s cue card:

Week 151 - Kids

I had so much fun creating cards for this challenge.  Yes, I couldn’t just make one, I made four!!

Take a look at my card:

Kids Card 3 (CAS)

Isn’t this card just the cute card you’ve seen today!!!  I created these cards for my daughter and nieces.  They always want to play with my stamp sets and inks.  So I decided to create these so they can color their own card and give it away.

You can also send this card to a well deserving recipient who can color their own card!  I would love to receive a couple of these.

Kids Card (CAS) 4

My nieces will have fun when they see these.

To create these were super easy:

1. I cut my base card to 3-3/4 by 10-2/16 scored at 5-1/16.

2. My card panel was cut using Mama Elephant Femme Frames.

3. I used my Misti to stamp So Suzy Stamps Bear With Honey multiply times with My Favorite Things Hybrid Black Ink.

4. I used Papertrey Ink Write Stuff Holders Die to cut a crayon holder twice on each card.

5. I pushed the crayon through the holes and that was that!!! What do you think?
