I’m back again today with another card for another challenge. This challenge is from Freshly Made Sketches. I’m happy to being playing along.

I made this card using some of the Stampin’ Up! products from the Sale-A-Bration catalog that ends on the 31st of March, which is this Monday. I have to say that I really love the colors in this card. Pool party and black are a great combination.

I used the Sweet Sorbet DSP and the Decorative Dots Embossing Folder from the Sale-A-Bration catalog. Both items you can get for free if you place an order of $50 or more in my online store. I love them both.

Addicted to CAS – Wheels

I’m excited about the card I made for the Addicted to CAS challenge today. The code word for this CAS challenge is WHEELS!! I have this stamp set from Stampin’ Up! that I have haven’t had the chance to use that has this really nice size bicycle image that is perfect for this challenge.

To keep my card clean and simple, I just stamped the bicycle image and added buttons to the wheels for color.

Take a look:

After stamping the image and the sentiment, the top of the card need something, so I added a few starburts from Mama Elephant stamp set in the same color of the wheels.

I love the look of white on white, it makes the card look so classy. I rounded the corners of the mat for added dimension.

CAS(E) this Sketch!

I am participating in this new card sketch by CAS(E) this Sketch! Today’s card is a series of three stamped images across the front of the card with the sentiment on top or below.

Take a look:

I was wondering about the smiley face being in black but the more I look at it the more I loved how the card came out. I balanced the smiley face out with the sentiment in black. The twine matched the color combo of the sun. For me this is a well balanced card. What do you think?

Love Card Box with Hearts

Today’s card was made for Simon Says Stamp blog challenge that’s all about “HEARTS”!

This week’s challenge is HAVE A HEART! Just have a heart somewhere on your creation. Take a look at my card.

I love this card because its not like a typical card you would send someone. Its clean and simple! No stamping required. The recipient would be super surprised. I used Stampin’ Up! Real Red and Whisper White Cardstock, Hearts Collection Framelits Dies, Rhinestones and Big Shot Die Thinlits Expressions (retired).
