This week’s cue card:

Take a look at my card:

When I saw this cue card I wondered what I was going to create. I didn’t have a stamp set that represented it. So, I looked for a digital image to help with my creativity.  I downloaded the image and used Photoshop to add color and to type the text.

Nice, simple and easy.  What do you think?  Are you inspired to play along?  Please let me know below!

{Clean and Simple} – Big

Hello everyone!!!  I’m back with another Clean and Simple Cue Card just for the CASology Challenge!!

This week’s cue card:

Take a look at my card:

many thanks turnabout stamp set

When I saw this week’s cue card, I thought of Concord & 9th newest stamp set called Many Thanks Turnabout. The big thanks is perfect for this cue card.

I used Prima Decadent Pie Confection Watercolor to add the pretty goldish color (27) to cardstock first, using Prima Watercolor Flat 10 Brush. Once it dries, I stamped the big thanks right on top using Clearsnap Archival Black Ink.

To finish the card off, I used We R Memory Keepers Corner Chomper to round all four colors.

Nice, simple and easy.  What do you think?  Are you inspired to play along?  Please let me know below!

Don’t forget to play along with us this week.  You have until Monday at 12noon to enter.  The sponsor this week is STAMPlorations.

{Clean and Simple} – Cake

Hello everyone!!!  It’s CASology Tuesday!!  We are back with another Clean and Simple Cue Card just for you!!

This week’s cue card:

Take a look at my card:

Right at Home Sweet Birthday Stamp set

For this card, I wanted a fun card shape since the cue card is cake.  So I used Pretty Pink Posh Scallop Circle Tag die to cut out two pieces of watercolor paper.

Scoring the second die at the top of the tag and adding adhesive will allow you to create a card.

Stamp the the cake image from Right At Home Sweet Birthday on the front and the sentiment inside the card using Colorbox Jet Black Ink.

Right At Home Sweet Birthday Stamp set

I used Jane Davenport Mermaid Markers to watercolor in the image.

Cards in all sizes are fun!!!

Nice, simple and easy.  What do you think?  Are you inspired to play along?  Please let me know below!

School is about to begin here in NY so I created a couple of notecards to include in my daughter’s lunch box. I want to encourage her to have a great day in school but to also let her know that she can do whatever she puts her mind to!

I used Taylored Expressions Clearly Planned School Day stamp set and Prima Watercolor Confections to create this card.

I rounded the corners using We R Memory Keepers Corner Chomper.

Hello everyone!!!  I’m here today with another Clean and Simple Cue Card for the CASology Challenge!!  I’m a bit late to the party but better late then never.  Besides my new die arrived and I had to join in. LOL!!

This week’s cue card:

Take a look at my card:

For this card, I just die cut the square card out using Papertrey Ink Noted: Scalloped Square Die out of Bazzill cardstock that was in the August Gossamer Blue Scrapbook Kit.

I used Taylored Expression Puff Alpha stamp set to stamp the sentiment in the bottom right hand corner of the card using Altenew Black Ink.

Nice, simple and easy.  What do you think?

I hope this encourages you to join in.  You have until tomorrow, September 4, 2017 at Noon (CDT) to enter!!  Hurry you do not want to miss it.

{Clean and Simple} – Bud

Hello everyone!!!  It’s CASology Tuesday!!  We are back with another Clean and Simple Cue Card just for you!!

This week’s cue card:

Take a look at my card:

I’m so happy with this card!!  I love this Kitty Bee Design Flower For You Bunny.  This digital image is so stinking cute!!

I printed the image and used the ScanNCut to cut the image out. I used copic markers to color the flower in then added glossy accents in the center of the flower.

Before placing the image on the card front, add a couple of score lines to the bottom and the side of the card using a scoring tool.

The brightness in the photo hides the score lines on the side but they are there.

To add a sentiment, simple die cut Simon Says Stamp Big Hugs out of red card stock twice.  Adhere it to the card base using Tombow Mono Liquid Glue.

Adhere the bunny to the card base using 3M Foam Tape.

Nice, simple and easy.  What do you think?  Are you inspired to play along?  Please let me know below!

{Clean and Simple} – Pizza

Hello everyone!!!  It’s CASology Tuesday!!  We are back with another Clean and Simple Cue Card just for you!!

This week’s cue card:

Now I have to admit, I was having a hard time with this cue card this week because I didn’t have a pizza stamp.  I know I couldn’t believe it.  I search and search, but to no avail, I had nothing.

So this morning, I searched for a digital image that I could use and in seconds I found a couple. the one I love just so happen to be free!!!  Yayyyyy!!  I love free, LOL!!

That is how I was able to create my card and get it up just in time for this challenge!!  I love when things come together in secs.

Take a look at my card:

I love this Pizza Chef Toodle image is so cute.  Its a Broken Book Design Digi Stamp that I found on google.  This image comes in black and white and in color.  I couldn’t find the artist name but thank you to that artist for saving the day for me.

To use this image I simple pulled the image in Photoshop, resized it and added color to the pizza and dough.  Very easy to do.

This image did come in color so here you go:

It came ready made for you. I could have just used this image but I only wanted to have the pizza and the dough in color.

Great digi image right!! (Wiping the sweat off of my forehead!)

Here are the two images side by side:
