{Clean and Simple} – Bud

Hello everyone!!!  It’s CASology Tuesday!!  We are back with another Clean and Simple Cue Card just for you!!

This week’s cue card:

Take a look at my card:

I’m so happy with this card!!  I love this Kitty Bee Design Flower For You Bunny.  This digital image is so stinking cute!!

I printed the image and used the ScanNCut to cut the image out. I used copic markers to color the flower in then added glossy accents in the center of the flower.

Before placing the image on the card front, add a couple of score lines to the bottom and the side of the card using a scoring tool.

The brightness in the photo hides the score lines on the side but they are there.

To add a sentiment, simple die cut Simon Says Stamp Big Hugs out of red card stock twice.  Adhere it to the card base using Tombow Mono Liquid Glue.

Adhere the bunny to the card base using 3M Foam Tape.

Nice, simple and easy.  What do you think?  Are you inspired to play along?  Please let me know below!

If your looking for Right At Home National Craft Month Blog Hop, click here

Hello everyone!!  I’m here today with the Sparkle and Shine Challenge!!!

Since its the 15th of the month, its time for our new challenge!!!

Here is the inspiration photo that guided us this time around:

March 15_2016

Now take a look at my card:

Bunny felt (SSS)

I have to admit I was stuck when I saw the inspiration photo.  I don’t have any wreath stamps or dies.  The colors aren’t my favorite either.  What do I do?

This weekend my mother taught my daughter and nieces how to stitch and I remembered I had the Simon Says Stamp Stitch die, and the bunny at that. So I went with that.  I’ve never used any type of stitching on my cards.  So this was a bit fun.

The basket was created with felt but bunny, his carrot and flowers were created with paper (I didn’t have felt in those color, LOL)

Nice and some what easy!!

What do you think?

Now its your turn to give this challenge a try!! I can’t wait to see what you come up with!!

Our sponsor for this challenge is Right At Home!!

The winner of this challenge will receive a $15 gift card to their online store and will be asked to be our Guest Designer for the next month.

PicTapGo-Image(1)

I just love these little tags.  They are perfect for any Spring/Easter gift.

Here’s how I created them:

Tag 2 (RAH)

  • To create the shaker pocket, I used the fuse tool and the tag die to make sure the pocket fits neatly behind the outside die. For a full tutorial on how to do that please click here.
  • Once the pocket is ready, I added the clear Lily Flower Sequins and sealed it up.
  • All of the pieces were adhered together using 3M Foam tape.

tag (RAH)

  • The bunny and eggs were placed on the front of the bigger tag.
  • White twine was added to the top of the tag to finish it off.

So tell me what you think? I can’t wait to hear what you think of these tiny tags!

Now onto my super cool and talented design team member Yuki to see what she has in store for you!!  You will not be disappointed!!

Hello everyone!! I’m here with CS Take It Make It: Take a Technique Challenge Inspiration for December.

Our theme is Take a Technique: Sharing the Season!!

This should be super fun to see what the whether looks like in different parts of the world.

Take a look at my card:

Happy Holiday (TIMI)

Here in the USA, we are in the middle of fall and winter.  No, snow in my are yet, but they have some 4 hours away from me.  I hope we don’t get any.  I don’t care for the snow to much.  It makes it hard to drive.  Don’t get me wrong, its pretty but its troublesome.

I created this card using Purple Onion Designs Stacey Yacula Studio – Birch (Winter Bunny)!  Such a cute image and fun to color.  I used my Faber-Castel Polychromos Coloring Pencils.

I inked the background, added some embossing past for snow and a stitched hill.

I love how this card turned out!! Super pretty!

We have two prizes to offer this month, the first is our sponsor prize. This winner will be chosen randomly from all of the entries in the challenge! The sponsor for December: Polkadoodles

pd

The prize is a £25 voucher to spend in the online store.

Our second winner is our Design Winner. This winner is chosen by our DT, who all vote for their favorite design from all of the entries. This winner will have their winning project published in Craft Stamper Magazine, they will have a GDT slot for an upcoming challenge, and will also feature in their very own Winners Profile blog post!

Now if that isn’t a reason to play along I’m not sure what is!!

I can’t wait to see what you come up with.

Thanks for stopping by!

This new release is a continuation of our fabulous Christmas collection!! You will squeal for joy when you see the new stamps and dies!! My favorite set is Merry Chris-Moose! Can you tell from yesterdays sneak peek!

Are you ready for my big reveal?  I made two cards to inspire you!

Take a look at my card:

Joy to the World (YNS)

YNS Supplies: Sprinkles Spreading Christmas Cheer, Holly Jolly Sparkly Gumdrops

Other Supplies: Distress Ink Abandoned Coral, Copic Marker, Recollection Heavyweight Cardstock, Brother Scan and Cut, Stampin’ Up! Simply Scored, Versafine Ink, Clear Wink of Stella,

I’m back with these cute bunnies!!  I’m taking the new online card class called Holiday Style and Laurie Willison taught us how to have to create crisp texture and I knew I wanted to try it.  I love how those lines give the card texture but doesn’t over do it!!

To create this card, I used my Stampin’ Up! Simply Scored to add score lines to the front of my card stock. Then I used Distress Ink Abandoned Coral to add color to the top portion of my card. After that I stamped my sentiments and musical notes using Versafine Ink. After that I stamped my bunny and cut him out with my Brother Scan and Cut. I colored the image with my Copic Markers: C1, C3, R24, R29, R20, R17. Then I popped him up using Stampin’ Up! dimensions.  I added the new gumdrops to finish off the card.

Super cute and effective.

Take a look at my second card:

Winter Wonderland (YNS)

YNS: Word Critters-Winter Birds

Other Supplies: Versafine Ink, Brother Scan and Cut, Copic Markers, Pretty Pink Posh Peek-a-boo die

For this card, I used he Peek-a-boo die and cut a window in the center of my card front. Then I stamped my sentiment using the Versafine Ink under the window. Then I stamped, colored and used my Brother Scan and Cut and cut out the bird house and the birds.  I adhered my images with foam tape. Super easy to create.

So what do you think?  I had so much fun creating these boxes and card to inspire all of you and show you the versatility of the stamp sets! Which one of these items are favorite?  I would love to hear from you!

YNS Supplies: Sprinkles Hoppy Holidays Stamp Set and Dies, Windows for Waddles Die

Other Supplies: Salty Ocean Distress Ink, Clear Wink of Stella, My Favorite Things Hybrid Ink, Copic Markers, 3M Foam Tape

To create this card, I die cut the Window out of my card panel. Then I stamped the sentiment right underneath the window.  After that,  I stamped my bunny and colored him in using Copic markers. Then I cut a mask out and cover the bunny up so I could ink the area around him.  I masked off the window area on the card base and inked up the window area. I removed the mask and attached the card panel to the card base.  I stamped the gifts, colored and fussy cut the gifts out.  This set has dies but I didn’t have them so I fussy cut them out. I attached the gift boxes using foam tape.

Nice, easy and cute!!

Take a look at my postcard:

Thank You Postcard (YNS)

The left side is the front of the postcard and the left is the back of the postcard.

YNS Supplies: Sandy Autumn Greetings

Other Supplies: Derwant Inktense Pencils, Archival Ink, Winsor & Newton Cotman Watercolor Postcard Paper

I told you this was my second favorite stamp set from this release!!  I love these squirrels.  The funny thing is I do not like squirrels at all.  The ones by my house are super crazy and they look at you like you are in there space.

To create this postcard was simple, I stamp the image and then watercolor using my Inktense pencils.  My inspiration for the coloring came from this image:

Super easy and fun.  I love playing with watercolors on this image.

So what do you think?  I had so much fun creating these boxes and card to inspire all of you and show you the versatility of the stamp sets! Which one of these items are favorite?  I would love to hear from you!

Happy Easter…..

Today’s card was made for the Less is More Blog Challenge Week 169 Sketch.  I know, I know Easter was a couple of weeks ago but I didn’t get a chance to create a card for it so I took this opportunity to create one.

It is a very clean and simple card that I really love.  I used a couple of great products to pull of my CAS card.  Stampin’ Up! is retiring the Polka Dot Parade DSP  and the Large Rhinestone Basic Jewels.  That was a big shock to me because that paper is so popular.  It will go fast so if you want that paper and the rhinestone  just click here to purchase it.  I also used Papertrey Ink’s Button Stacks Die.  I love this die, the buttons are so cute.

Take a look:

Happy Easter

I used my circle dies to cut perfect circles and laid the DSP behind it.  I colored my bunny with my C3 Cool Grey Copic maker.

It’s funny because I wasn’t sure if I should color the bunny, so I asked my son because my daughter was sleeping, and he honestly gave me his opinion.  For those that know my son, he could care less what I do!!  So thanks E, for the help.

Soooo, what do you think?

Please leave me a comment letting me know what you think of my CAS card!
