My Storage Solutions for 2017

Hello everyone!!  I’m here today sharing some of my storage solutions for 2017!!  I have so many new things I want to try and really put into practice for 2017.  The first being brush lettering.  I started in 2016 but wasn’t able to keep it up due to so many other things I had going on.  That didn’t stop me from collecting so many different brush pens.  I stored them in pencil case, drawers and other places that I couldn’t see them in plain site.

I needed a better and more practical storage solution for my markers.  Then I came across the Deflecto Stackable Cube Organizer “X” Divider.

These storage cubes are a super practical storage solution for any sets of pens, markers, crayons, pencils, paintbrushes, scissors or any item that you need to see while crafting.

Here’s why:

  • They have four different compartments!  The four compartments can hold different items such as different brands of brush markers.

  • They have an interlocking system! This system is perfect if you have more then one cube. It keeps the cubes together.

  • The container is clear so you can see what’s inside! This was the selling point for me.  I need to see my craft stash.  If I can’t see it, I do not remember that I have it.

Totally awesome and doable for a practical storage solution!!

Do you remember my storage post back in October on the Deflecto’s blog?  I talked about the Deflecto Stackable Caddy Organizer.  It goes perfect with these cubes!!

Sooooo, tell me what you think? Are you still looking for a way to store and organize your markers, pens, pencils, crayons, etc.? I hope I was able to help you make up your mind.

Deflecto products can be purchased at Scrapbooking.com, Amazon and Micheals!

Hello everyone!!  Kymona here with a super cool post for you, What’s In Your Bag?  A Bunkie Bag, I’m talking about!!  What is a Bunkie Bag you ask?  Bunkie Bags are these cute totes that hold your favorite craft supplies including the MISTI!!

Denise from Simply Charming Everyday creates the cutest bags you could every image.  She has so many different patterns that will melt your heart!!  Denise also accepts custom orders.  I’ve put in many request for patterns that were odd and she hasn’t let me down yet!!

So with out further-a-do, lets look at what’s in my bag:

Bag One:

This first Zip Pouch happens to be my favorite one of all times! It was a special order. That button is to die for!

It keeps all of my Ali Edwards Story kits.  It fits four kits at one time.  This allows me to see what I have to work with each month.  Once a kit is finished, the new kit goes in.  Nice and neat.

Bag Two:

This Christmas Bunkie Bag was being given away on So Suzy Stamp’s blog but I could not wait so I ordered one for myself. LOL!!

It keeps all of weaving looms and fibre from The Unusual Pear in Australia.  Everything fits so nice and neat. It’s so accessible when I’m on the train. Fits right in my lap, while I weave.

Bag Three:

This Arrow Bunkie Bag was a special request to go along with my OLW 2016 – Forward.

Whenever I travel, I pack all of my essential crafting supplies in this Bunkie Bag.  Awesome right!

Wait, I also have the Zip Bag to match.

I can’t show what’s inside because I’m working on something special! More to come soon!

Bag Four:

This Purple Galaxy Zip Bag was created to match my shoulder bag and my ScanNCut cover.

All of my ADORNit ArtPlay Journal cards fit nice and neat in this little bag.  Its a grab and go type of bag.

See I told you I had a bunch of them.  So, now that you know what’s in my bags.  The question remains the same, what’s in your bag? Let me know below!

CASology 182 – Adore

Hello everyone!!  It’s CASology Tuesday!!  We are back with another Cue Card just for you!!

This week’s cue card is:

Week 182 - Adore

Take a look at my card:

When I saw the cue card and who the sponsor was, I knew I had the perfect stamp set for this challenge!!

To create this card, I stamped the sentiment and two hearts from Concord & 9th Love You. Mean It., using Versafine Black ink.  Then I cut the front card panel down by 1.5 inches.  I then added a stripe of pattern paper behind that front panel.  I added some glossy accents to the two hearts for an added pop! Nice and easy!!

I created another card but thought it was way to simple.  I like this one!! I used the circle stamp this time!
