{Clean and Simple} CASology – Season

Hello everyone!!!  It’s CASology Tuesday!!  We are back with another Clean and Simple Cue Card just for you!!

This week’s cue card:

Take a look at my card:

I love the spring and summer season!  The trees and flowers bloom and makes me feel happy.

I used Waffle Flower Crafts Leafy stamp set to stamp the flowers and Papertrey Ink Ways to Say Thank You stamp set for the sentiment.  The perfect ink to represent spring and summer colors are Clearsnap Color Box Petal Point Pinwheel.

To finish the card off, round the top corners with We R Memory Keepers Corner Chomper.

Super Clean and Simple!!

{Clean and Simple} CASology – Grow

Hello everyone!!!  It’s CASology Tuesday!!  We are back with another Clean and Simple Cue Card just for you!!

This week’s cue card:

Take a look at my card:

I created a couple of cards in different sizes using this super cute stamp from a new company to me called Raw Market Shop! They are located in Singapore!

I found them on Instagram and have been hooked since.  I placed three different orders because I’m a bit obsessed, LOL!!

The photo below is a picture of the first order that I placed:

This stamp set says, “no rain, no flower”, which is perfect for our cue card today.  Flowers will not grow without water.  This stamp set is called No. 11 Floral Stamp.

For these cards, I simple stamped the image on Neenah Desert Storm 100lb cardstock using Versafine Onyx Black Ink.

I love the simplicity of these cards.  They can be used for any occasion.

Super Clean and Simple!!

Rubber Dance Stamp March 2017 Theme Challenge

Hello everyone!! I’m here today with the Rubber Dance Stamp Theme Challenge!!

The theme is “Everything Spring”!  All you have to do is create a piece of work that has a lot of layers.

Check out what I created to inspire you:

I have to admit, I’m having fun playing with a little mixed media!!  You are free to create and not worry about mistakes.  Totally awesome.

Here is how I created these cards:

  1. Cut the Bristol cardstock to 3.25 by 10, scored at 5.50.
  2. Add some Koi watercolor to your Gel Press Plate
  3. Add more color if you need to.
  4. Once you have all of the colors you want, place your cardstock on top of the gel press plate
  5. Take your time and lift the cardstock to reveal the fun watercolor patterns.
  6. When the watercolor dries, stamp Rubber Dance Stamps Textured Flowers randomly on the card front.
  7. To add more texture to the card front, stamp the smaller textured stamps randomly around the flowers.
  8. To finish the card off, round the bottom corners using the Tab Punch Board.

Super simple and easy!!

The winner will win five fabulous stamps fromRubber Dance Stamp!! Wait, if the winner used stamps from Rubber Dance Stamp, they will winner another five stamps! That’s a total of 10 stamps!! Wow!!!

You have until March 31, 2017, midnight Central European Time.  Which is 6:00 PM, March 31, 2017!! Please pay attention to this time. Here in NY, we are 6 hours behind Norway!

{Clean and Simple} CASology – Foliage

Hello everyone!!!  It’s CASology Tuesday!!  We are back with another Clean and Simple Cue Card just for you!!

This week’s cue card:

Take a look at my card:

While I was at Creativation this year, I stopped by Waffle Flowers booth and fell in love with their flower dies!!  I knew I had to collet them all and I did.

Today I’m using the Waffle Flower Crafts Magical Flower die to represent “Foliage”!

I used Distress Oxides Cracked Pistachio, Fired Brick, Fossilized Amber, Worn Lipstick and Spiced Marmalade to add color to the flowers.

Then I used foam tape to adhere the flower to the card front.

Once the die was in placed, I used the Mini MISTI to stamp the sentiment from Sweet Stamp Shop Encourage stamp set on the card front.

To finish the card off, I used We R Memory Keepers Tab Punch Board to round three of the card’s corners.

Nice and Easy.

Hello everyone!!  It’s CASology Tuesday!!  We are back with another Clean and Simple Cue Card just for you!!

This week’s cue card:

week-222-welcome

Take a look at my card:

welcome-cas

Creating this card was so super simple.  I stamped each flower and stem from the stamp set using the different color inks.  Then I used the scripted letters to create the sentiment.  Nothing to it.

When I bought this stamp set I had no idea our former CASology teammate May Park design this set!!  I totally love her designs.
