{Clean and Simple} – Active + Giveaway

Hello everyone!!!  It’s CASology Tuesday!!  We are back with another Clean and Simple Cue Card just for you!!

Take a look at my card:

Mixed Media Transfer Feathers

For this card, I used Faber-Castell Mixed Media Transfers Feathers to give a feeling of active movement.

Here’s how I created this card:

Cut a piece of Neenah Solar White cardstock to 4.25 by 11, scored at 5.50.

Cut out the falling feathers rub-on.

Adhere the feathers to the cardstock by using the stick to rub them on.

Use ColorBox Pigment ink in Twillight and Wicked Black Ink to stamp the sentiment from Papertrey Ink What the Doodle: Feather Mini stamp set.

Round the corners using We R Memory Keepers 3Way Corner Punch.

Nothing to it!!

Giveaway Time

I’m giving away a set of Mixed Media Transfers to one lucky winner who leaves a comment below by April 30th, 2018 at 11:59pm EST for a chance to win.

Hello everyone!!  It’s CASology Tuesday!!  We are back with another Clean and Simple Cue Card just for you!!

This week’s cue card is:

Week 193 - PINK

Take a look at my card:

Be Strong (CAS)

When I saw the cue card, I knew I wanted to combine the rub-ons with the color pink.

This is just one of the cards in my series called the Be Series!! Sometimes all we need is a pretty strong sentiment to get us though our day.

Creating this card was more then easy and it to me less then 4 minutes!

Check out my supplies:

Be Strong supplies (CAS)

Here is how I created this card:

  1. Cut your white card base to 4.25 x 5.50, scored at 5.50.
  2. Cut out the sentiment you want to use from Prima Loved Words Rub-Ons.
  3.  Place the sentiment on the card front where you want them to be and rub.
  4. Remove the transparent sheet.
  5. Spring Wow! Fluorescent Magenta Embossing Powder over the sentiment and heat set it.

Done!! When I say easy, that might be an understatement.  This was amazing easy.

Check out the rest of  my cards:

CASology 170 – Hearts

Second Post for the day
If your looking for CASEing Kelly Blog Hop, click here

Hello everyone!!  It’s CASology Tuesday!!  We are back with another Cue Card just for you!!

This week’s cue card is :

Week 170 - Heart

Take a look at my card:

Its Complicated (CAS)

Some times our hearts make things so complicated!!  I love this stamp set from So Suzy Stamps.  It’s totally perfect for this challenge!!  Once stamp set that says everything and it keeps my card CAS!!

To create this card all I did was stamp the heart part of the image in Lawn Fawn Lobster Ink and the sentiment part in My Favorite Things Hybrid Ink.

Super easy!

I have to admit, this wasn’t my first card.  I made my card and as I was putting my post together I realized our sponsor this week is So Suzy Stamps so I had to change my entry card!!  I have so many So Suzy Stamps that I had to use one of her sets for this challenge.

Take a look at my original card:

You have my heart (CAS)

This card was super easy to create too.  All I did was blend Distress Ink Scattered Straw and Spun Sugar in the center of my card.  A nice even layer.

Then I used a rub on to add my heart wreath and sentiment. Nothing more nothing less.  Since and clean and simple.

I love both cards!! I hope you do too!!  Let me know below!

Now its your turn!! I can’t wait to see what you come up with!

Hello everyone!!  I’m here today with Top Dog Dies and a new elephant die that is totally adorable.

Take a look for yourself:

Top Dog Dies Elephants Die SetA big elephant, small elephant, a heart, balloon and flower!  Great set.

Take a look at the card I created using this set:

True Love

True love between a mother and her child is an amazing feeling.  That is what these two elephants have with one another.

Those hearts are from my watercolor piece that I used the other day.  I loved this paper I used it on all of my cards this week.  LOL!!

Watercolor piece 2

All I did was die cute my elephants from fog cardstock and the hearts out of my watercolor piece.  I adhered them to the front of my cards. I stamped my sentiment and that’s it!!

So tell me what you think ?  I would love to hear from you!!

Valentine Tag

Hello everyone!!  I’m here today with a couple of challenges that I haven’t played along with for a while now.

I couldn’t sleep last night so I decided to do what I do best which is to craft!!  I made a ton load of cards.  I’m so excited about that.

So, today I’m playing with:

DoubleClick Skittles Challenge

Use a heart!

DoubleClick Skittles

and

Tag  You’re it! Challenge

TYIC_Header

Debby Hughes is the guest designer for Challenge #14.  I totally love her work so I knew I wanted to play along with her.

Take a look at her tag:

Debbie Hughes 14graphic

I created a water color piece for another card and decided to use some of that for a focal point on my tag.

Watercolor piece 2

I used my Koi Watercolors to create this piece.  I spritz some Heidi Swapp Gold Color Shine (which is on sale at Michael’s for $5.99 (in the store)). I love the gold shimmer.

Now take a look at my tag:

ValentineDon’t you just love that heart!!  I love how that watercolor piece turned out. I punch a bunch of hearts from that watercolor piece.

Take a closer look at my tag:

Heart close up

I added some gold shine to that watercolor piece.  I love how it turned out.  So do you want to know how I create this tag?

Well here you go:

I die cut my tag using Reverse Confetti Tag Me, Too Confetti Cuts out of Crate Paper “Kiss Kiss” patterned paper.

I used Crate Paper Kiss Kiss Rub Ons to add the circle hearts to the center and the sentiment at the bottom of my tag.

I used Stampin’ Up! Sweetheart Punch and punch a heart out of my watercolor piece that I created.

I adhered the heart to the center of that circle.

I added Rose DoubleClick Skittles from the Sweet Love Release to the bottom of my tag.

I added Ruby True Hemp to the tag.

So what do you think?  Let me know, I would love to hear from you.
