Guac Love Shaker Gift Tag!!

Hello everyone! I’m here today playing with one of the new sets just released from Sweet Stamp Shop called Guac Love!!!

When I first saw this set, I was grinning from ear to ear. Why you ask? I love Avocado, better know to me as “Pear”! In Jamaica, WI, we call avocado “Pear”. In Jamaica, we eat “Pear” for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We can eat it with other food or simply by itself.

So to get to create something with theses “pears” was super fun for me.

If you’ve been following me lately, you know that I’ve been on this gift tag kick. Gift tags are so much fun to create. They are easy to mass produce.

When I saw this set, I know I wanted to create a Christmas Gift Shaker Tag for those that are in love.

Take a look at my tag:

Isn’t this tag cute! Would your significant other love to see this tag on their gift!! I know I would!

Here’s how I create it my tag:

1. I cut my tag using Reverse Confetti Tag Me, Too Confetti Cuts out of Neenah Solar White cardstock and Lawn Fawn Snow Days Pattern Paper.

2. I adhered my pattern paper to the front of one of my cut tags.

3. I used my Stampin’ Up! Circle Die to cut a circle window out of my top tag.

4. I colored my image using Copic Markers.

5. I added a piece of acetate to front tag. Then I added foam adhesive all round the circle. I added my sequin then adhered the back of the tag to close it up.

6. I added Stampin’ Up! retired Whisper White Sweater Ribbon to finish off my tag.

Merry, Merry….

Hello everyone! I’m here with a2z Scrapbooking today. Our 2nd monthly challenge has started September 1! The theme is Autumn and Christmas.

Can you believe we are moving into the holiday season already!! I went into a couple of stores this past weekend and saw Halloween and Christmas stuff on the shelves. Its amazing how time really flies.

I love Christmas so I decided to create my first Christmas card for the year. I used this digital file to create my card.

Christmas Gift Tag

I’m so excited to share my Christmas gift tags for 2013! I love them and they were so easy to make. Every gift I give out this year will have this gift tag attached to it. My nieces and nephews are going to love these tags. I can’t wait to see the look on their faces when they see this. Enough talking take a look.

Don’t you just love him!!!!! It makes me happy! I want to wrap more gifts so that I can add these tags to the packages.

Stamp Set: Christmas Tagables Photopolymer Stamp Set (134623)

Ink: Cherry Cobbler (126966) and Crumb Cake (126975)

Cardstock: Crumb Cake (120953), Cherry Cobbler (119685), Very Vanilla (101650) and Early Espresso (119686)

Tools: Big Shot (113439), Circles Collection Framelits Die (130911), a hole puncher and the snowflake punch (retired)

Accessories: Snail Adhesive (104332), Crystal Effects (101055), Stampin’ Dimensional (104430), Cherry Cobbler Bakers Twine (123125) and googly eyes

Christmas Series Card 1

The holiday season has come again and everyone is getting ready for it. Next to summer this part of the year is fun for me. I love to see the look on my children’s faces when they get gifts and surprises from family members and myself. To start off our holiday season we always make our cards and send them off to family and friends. This year I made several cards and I’m not sure which one to send to family and friends. Maybe you can help me decide.

Card number one: Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas

Cherry Cobbler is my favorite color out of all of the Stampin’ Up! colors. This color is so crisp and clean. This card was very easy to make and put together.

The base card (Whisper White CS 100730) measures 5 1/2 x 4 1/4.

The next layer (Cherry Cobbler Textured CS 132129) measures 5 1/4 x 4.

The DSP (Season of Style DSP Stack 132181) measures 2 x 4.

Underneath the DSP, I stamped the line image from the Merry Little Christmas Stamp Set (131826) using the Basic Black Classic Ink Pad (126980).

The whisper white tag was cut out using the Chalk Talk Framelit (129983) and the Big Shot (113439).

The tag was stamped using the Merry Little Christmas Stamp Set using the Cherry Cobbler Classic Ink Pad (126966).

To finish off the tag, I added a piece of 1/2″ Seam Binding Ribbon in Cherry Cobbler (120992), Whisper White Baker’s Twine (124262) and Rhinestone Basic Jewels (119246).

Clean and Classy! I love it!
