My butterflies were punched out of the watercolor panels I created a week ago.  Take a look at how pretty they turned out.

Watercolor pieces

I used Stampin’ Up! Elegant and Bitty Butterfly Punch to punch out my butterflies out of one of the watercolor panels above.

I adhered them with glue dots.

I used stamped and embossed Papertrey Ink Lunchbox Love  with Hero Arts White Embossing Powder.

I rounded the bottom left corner and that’s it!!  I’m done.

I love how this card turned out!!  I hope you do to!  Let me know below.

Now its your turn!! I can’t wait to see what you come up with!

CASology 156 – Line

Hello everyone!!  It’s CASology Tuesday!!  We are back with another Cue Card for you!!!

This week’s cue card is super simple!!  The shortest distance between to points is a straight line!!!

This week we are all about lines!!

Week 156 - LineTake a look at my card:

Thank you (CAS)

I went with Chevron lines!! Those embossed chevron lines are totally amazing.

The lines in the banner and the lines in the leaves are a plus!!

Here’s how I created this card:

1.  Cut my card base to an A2 size card, 4.25 x 5.50.

2. I used Stampin’ Up! Chevron Embossing Folder to create my card panel.

3. I used Lawn Fawn Our Friendship Grows stamp set and die set to create my flower and leaves focal point.

4. I used Copic Marker Y32, Y35, Y38, G07, E33, E35, E37 to color the flower and leaves.

5. I stamped the sentiment from the same stamp set and flag the end.

6. I adhered the card panel with fun foam to the card base.  I adhered the leaves to the back of the flower with tape runner and the banner to the card panel with foam tape.

7. I added Clear Wink of Stella the flower.  I added to crystal clear gumdrops underneath the banner for balance.

I love how this card turned out!!  I hope you do to!  Let me know below.

Now its your turn!! I can’t wait to see what you come up with!

CASology 154 – Repeat

Hello everyone!! It’s CASology Tuesday!! We are back with another Cue Card for you!!

This week’s cue card had me doing things over and over again!  This cue card should produce some interesting sorts of cards!!  I can’t wait to see what everyone comes up with.

This week’s cue card:

Week 154 - Repeat

Take a look at my card:

Hello Friend (CAS)

I’ve been dying to use this stamp set from Mama Elephant its called Sunday Stroll and Sunday Sentiments!!  I’ve seen all of the beautiful cards with this set and wanted to join in!

Since our cue card is repeat, I decided to repeat the little girl, its triplets!!  So cute!!

Oh man, I should have had them holding hands, that would have been super cute too, LOL.  All after the fact, LOL!!

In any case, I blended Distress Ink Mowed Lawn to the bottom of my card.  Then I stamped my image 3 times using my Misti.  I colored them in with Copic Markers: E15, E02, E00, C1, C3, C5, R24.  I add Clear Wink of Stella to their hats.  I stamped my sentiment using My Favorite Things Hybrid Ink. I rounded the top two corners.

Done!!  That was easy!!

Now its your turn!!  I can’t wait to see what you come up with!

CASology 151 – Kids

Hello everyone!! It’s CASology Tuesday!! We are back with another Cue Card for you!!

This week’s cue card is super cute and sweet.  You will have fun with this cue card!

This week’s cue card:

Week 151 - Kids

I had so much fun creating cards for this challenge.  Yes, I couldn’t just make one, I made four!!

Take a look at my card:

Kids Card 3 (CAS)

Isn’t this card just the cute card you’ve seen today!!!  I created these cards for my daughter and nieces.  They always want to play with my stamp sets and inks.  So I decided to create these so they can color their own card and give it away.

You can also send this card to a well deserving recipient who can color their own card!  I would love to receive a couple of these.

Kids Card (CAS) 4

My nieces will have fun when they see these.

To create these were super easy:

1. I cut my base card to 3-3/4 by 10-2/16 scored at 5-1/16.

2. My card panel was cut using Mama Elephant Femme Frames.

3. I used my Misti to stamp So Suzy Stamps Bear With Honey multiply times with My Favorite Things Hybrid Black Ink.

4. I used Papertrey Ink Write Stuff Holders Die to cut a crayon holder twice on each card.

5. I pushed the crayon through the holes and that was that!!! What do you think?

CASology 150 – Graduation

Hello everyone!! It’s CASology Tuesday!! We are back with another Cue Card for you!!

I totally loved last week’s cue card.  That stamp is my favorite.  She is so full of detail and intense.  I hope you enjoyed it!

Now on to this weeks cue card:

Week 150 - Graduation

Now take a look at my card:

Graduation (CAS)

I love this wavy graduation card.  Graduations are suppose to be fun and exciting.

My son is graduating high school next year and I can’t wait.  We are going to have so much fun.  I can’t believe he is heading to college already.  I had him while I was in college so this has come full circle for me.  I’m so excited.

He is a great kid and I know he will do great things!!

Here is how I created this card:

1. I cute my card base to an A2 size card 5.50 by 4.25 scored at 5.5o.

2. I used My Favorite Things Die-namics Ride the Wave Die to cut the four waves out of Stampin’ Up! in colors cardstock.

3. I attached the two bottom waves first then I stamped my sentiment from My Favorite Things Wavy Greeting Stamp Set using My Favorite Things Hybrid Ink.

4. Then I adhered the next two waves.

5. I added Your Next Stamp Crystal Clear Gumdrops in random places.

Super Smooth!!!

Nothing to it!! I hope you join us this week!!

How did you like last week’s cue card?  I had so much fun coloring that image!!

Week 149 - Vintage

Now take a look at my card:

Vintage

I have to say this Tim Holtz stamp is my favorite!  Look at all of that detail in the face.

This card was super easy to create.

I used my Misti to stamp the face image from Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous Daydream Stamp Set using Distress Ink Walnut Stain.

I used Tim Holtz Perspective Stamp Set to stamp my sentiment in the bottom left corner of the card.

I used a mini blending tool and add Walnut Stain to the edges of the card front.

I think this card is totally vintage!! What do you think? Let me know below!!

I hope you join us this week!

If your looking for the Giveaway Winner Post, click here.

Hello everyone!!  It’s CASology Tuesday!!!  We are back with another Cue Card for you!!

How did you like last week’s cue card?  I loved it!! Wedding are always fun to attend.

Lets jump in!

Wek 148 - Story

Now take a look at my card:

True Story (CAS)

I love this School Girl image from Tiddly Inks.  I was introduced to this stamp company on Instagram, by @sugarbea.  She created some bookmakers with this digital stamp and I had to have it.

Look how fitting this image is for this weeks cue card.  All of the books have tons of stories in them.

I love how my coloring turned out.  I tested different colors before I settled down with the one I used for this card.

IMG_3157

Did you check out her purple hair?  I have such a hard time coloring hair that I decided to go with a light non-traditional hair color to make things easy for myself.

Hair

This card was super doper easy to create!

1. All I did was resize my image in Photoshop.

2. Then I printed it on 80lb Neenah Solar White Cardstock.

3. Then I used my Copic Markers to color the image in.

Hat: E23, E35, R83

Dress and Shoes: B21, B45

Hair: BV00, BV02

Skin: E11, E23

Books: T0, T2, W1, W3, W5,C1, C3, C5, E42, E23, B21, B45

4. Once I was done with that, I fussy cut the image out with my craft scissors.

5. For the spaces around her arms, I used my craft knife to cut those spaces out.

6. I used Papertrey Ink Wet Paint II and stamped my sentiment with Versamark Ink.

7. I added Hero Arts White Embossing powder on top then heat set.

8. Once that embossing dried , I pop my image up using foam tape.

Nothing to it!!  I had so much fun coloring this image.  It allowed me to really see how the colors work with one another.

I would love to learn more about colors.  If anyone knows of a class that I can take to learn more about colors, please let me know.

So, what do you think?  Please let me know.
