Decorated Mother’s Day Frame

Hello, everyone!!! I’m here today to show you a how I decorated a Mother’s Day frame for my mom.

Do you buy or create gifts to give to your Mom on Mother’s Day? I love creating gifts for my mother. She gets so tickled pink when she gets something that was created just for her.

This year is no different. My mother loves getting photos of all of her children in one picture. That rarely happens so when I went through my photos on my camera, I found one that she doesn’t have and would totally love.

 Let’s take a look:

I used Deflecto’s 8 x 10 Clear Frame for this gift! I went through my scrapbook stash to find the perfect embellishments to personalized the frame.  Once I found the perfect embellishments from Simple Stories Love Adore Kit, I went straight to work.

Here’s how I created it:

 1. Before entering the photo into the frame, I placed it down on my table mat that has lines.

2. Using the lines, I lined up the letters for the sentiment on the top and bottom of the frame.

3. Once all of the stickers are neatly placed on the frame, I added the photo to the frame.

My mother is going to love this picture frame. This photo was taken four years ago when my younger brother was graduating from high school. Next weekend he is graduating from college, so we get to take another group photo. Depending on how it looks, I might swoop this photo for that one, LOL!
So what do you think? Will you decorate your picture frames with stickers in this manner? I would love to hear from you.

{Clean and Simple} CASology – Grow

Hello everyone!!!  It’s CASology Tuesday!!  We are back with another Clean and Simple Cue Card just for you!!

This week’s cue card:

Take a look at my card:

I created a couple of cards in different sizes using this super cute stamp from a new company to me called Raw Market Shop! They are located in Singapore!

I found them on Instagram and have been hooked since.  I placed three different orders because I’m a bit obsessed, LOL!!

The photo below is a picture of the first order that I placed:

This stamp set says, “no rain, no flower”, which is perfect for our cue card today.  Flowers will not grow without water.  This stamp set is called No. 11 Floral Stamp.

For these cards, I simple stamped the image on Neenah Desert Storm 100lb cardstock using Versafine Onyx Black Ink.

I love the simplicity of these cards.  They can be used for any occasion.

Super Clean and Simple!!
